- All persons (players: parents: spectators: officials: volunteers) involved with Football Club are all bound to adhere to club rules/regulations with no exceptions.
- Club rules/regulations are available from the club secretary or your team manager or secretary.
- All players MUST be registered with Football Club as well as being registered with their respective league in the appropriate age group.
This is an annual event and therefore all players are requested to fill in the appropriate form(s) a minimum of two weeks prior to the first game of the season or two weeks prior to the first game if registration is mid-season.
- Full names / addresses / contact numbers and medical records and consent forms will be kept by team manager/ secretary. A copy of all age group details will also be kept by the club secretary until such time that a particular individual(s) no longer wishes to or is not permitted to continue with Football Club individuals must inform the club of their intent to leave the club during season, so they may be de-registered from the club and de-registered/transferred from their team and league.
- Oxspring Junior Football Club does not accept responsibility for persons attending Oxspring Junior Football Club and its facilities. Individuals signed as a player for Oxspring Junior Football Club are covered under the terms of the insurance policy for league and cup games during the specified season.
- Parents/ guardians have a responsibility for the welfare of their child whilst on club grounds/on their way to or away from the club unless previously organized with the person(s) in charge of that event.
